LOCALSTATEMENTS

Convert Regions Bank statements to CSV, Excel, QBO, and OFX

Drop a Regions Bank PDF statement on the converter and download CSV for Excel, or OFX, QBO, and QIF for QuickBooks and Xero. Everything runs in your browser: the statement is never uploaded, and there is no server that could receive it.

How Regions Bank layouts are handled

Regions prints its check register as a compact date-and-amount grid. Those checks are matched into the statement's own totals, then folded into your export as ordinary transactions.

Every row is proven, not guessed

Bank statements carry their own checksum: each balance must equal the previous one plus the transaction, and the whole statement must run from beginning balance to ending balance. LocalStatements verifies every extracted row against that arithmetic and flags anything that does not reconcile, instead of exporting a guess. If a statement contradicts itself, it says exactly where.

What you need

A digital PDF statement, the kind you download from Regions Bank's website or app, including password-protected ones. Scanned or photographed statements are not supported yet. Your first statement is free; a license is $49 for a year of unlimited use.

Support statements above are based on real Regions Bank statement layouts in our test corpus. Banks adjust formats over time; when something does not reconcile, the converter reports precisely what, instead of shipping unverified numbers.
