Convert M&T Bank statements to CSV, Excel, QBO, and OFX
Drop a M&T Bank PDF statement on the converter and download CSV for Excel, or OFX, QBO, and QIF for QuickBooks and Xero. Everything runs in your browser: the statement is never uploaded, and there is no server that could receive it.
How M&T Bank layouts are handled
M&T statements use short type codes on each row and a daily balance summary. The balance chain is verified row by row, and summary tables never leak into your export as fake transactions.
Every row is proven, not guessed
Bank statements carry their own checksum: each balance must equal the previous one plus the transaction, and the whole statement must run from beginning balance to ending balance. LocalStatements verifies every extracted row against that arithmetic and flags anything that does not reconcile, instead of exporting a guess. If a statement contradicts itself, it says exactly where.
What you need
A digital PDF statement, the kind you download from M&T Bank's website or app, including password-protected ones. Scanned or photographed statements are not supported yet. Your first statement is free; a license is $49 for a year of unlimited use.
Support statements above are based on real M&T Bank statement layouts in our test corpus. Banks adjust formats over time; when something does not reconcile, the converter reports precisely what, instead of shipping unverified numbers.
